A high-speed exhaust valve designed to rapidly release compressed air directly to atmosphere, significantly increasing actuator speed. Ideal for improving cycle times in pneumatic systems.
 
How It Works
  • Installed close to the actuator port
  • During operation:
    • Air flows normally from the control valve to the actuator
  • During exhaust:
    • Air is released directly through the QE valve instead of returning through the solenoid valve
  • This reduces back pressure and enables faster actuator movement
