A pneumatically actuated directional control valve designed for operating double-acting actuators using a single pilot signal with spring return. Provides reliable airflow switching with automatic return to the default position.
How It Works
- 5 ports:
- P (Pressure/Inlet)
- A & B (Outputs)
- R & S (Exhausts)
- 2 positions:
- Pilot signal applied → P connects to one port (A or B), driving the actuator
- Pilot signal removed → Internal spring returns valve, reversing airflow
- Single pilot + spring return ensures automatic reset to default state
